Zero Server Uploads. All document and photo processing is executed entirely within your device's local browser memory. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your files. Confidential legal material — affidavits, filings, identity documents, and signatures — never leaves your device.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Grade One Utility Pro (GoUp) only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Process documents you do not own or lack authorization to modify.
Forge, alter, or falsify government IDs, financial certificates, or legal records. Any liability arising from fraudulent modification rests entirely with you.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform or its infrastructure.

3. Non-Affiliation

Grade One Utility Pro (GoUp) is an independent, private utility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any government agency, examination board, embassy, or official issuing authority. Any references to specific document dimensions are provided purely as a convenience.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying that your final downloaded file meets the exact, current guidelines of the portal or institution you are applying to. We do not guarantee acceptance by any third party.

5. Free Launch Mode

Grade One Utility Pro (GoUp) is currently operating in a 100% Free Launch Mode. All tools and downloads are free, and we do not collect any payments or card details. See our Refund Policy for details.

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
