Your privacy is the foundation of Grade One Utility Pro (GoUp). This policy explains what we do — and deliberately do not — collect when you use our service.
1. Zero Server Uploads
Zero Server Uploads. All document and photo processing is executed entirely within your device's local browser memory. We do not transmit, store, or have access to your files.
This matters most for advocates, legal professionals, and anyone handling confidential material. Affidavits, vakalatnamas, case filings, identity documents, and signatures are never sent to any server — ours or anyone else's. When you close the tab, all locally processed data is permanently erased from memory.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- The contents of your documents, PDFs, signatures, or photographs.
- Account credentials — the studio requires no login or sign-up.
- Payment, card, UPI, or bank details — we do not collect any payments.
- Any personally identifiable data derived from your files.
3. Information We Process
We limit ourselves to the minimum needed to operate the service:
- Anonymous analytics: we may collect privacy-preserving, aggregate usage statistics (with no cookies and no personal identifiers) to improve the product.
- Support emails: if you write to us, we use your email address only to reply to you.
4. Third-Party Services
We share no personal data with any third party. Because your files never leave your browser, there is nothing for a third party to receive.
5. Data Security
Because your files never leave your device, they are inherently protected from server-side breaches. All network communication with our site is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.
6. DPDP Act 2023 Compliance
Grade One Utility Pro (GoUp) is designed to be compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 by the strongest possible means: data minimisation through 100% client-side memory processing. Because your documents and photos are processed entirely within your browser's memory and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers, there is no personal document data for us to collect, retain, or process as a Data Fiduciary.
7. Your Rights
As we do not store your personal documents, there is no personal file data to access, correct, or delete on our side. For any other privacy request, contact us and we will assist in line with the DPDP Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian data-protection law.
